Here’s a list of dance festivals in India to explore for 2023-24.

• Serendipity Arles Grant 2023 - Serendipity Arts is a Virtual Grant which invites applications for digital projects across all disciplines responding to the interweb as a site. Application Deadline: May 15, 2023.

• Warrier Foundation;s Rescidency,, December 2023 - Dancers Rama Vaidyanathan, Sharmila Biswas, and Dr Neena Prasad come together for 4 days to share their artistry in a naturistic setting in Anaikatti, near Coimbatore from the 1st-4th of December.

• Ganga Mahotsav, Varanasi - It is a festival with a spiritual significance on the banks of river Ganga. The festival includes a cultural procession and it includes various dance forms and music performances. This year it is set to happen on the 18th of October, 2023.

• Soorya Festival, Kerala - It is an annual cultural event that takes place in Kerala, and is a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talent and for established artists to connect with audiences and fellow artists. It takes place in the month of October.

• Meenakshi Thirukalyanam - This festival celebrates the wedding of Meenakshi Amman with Lord Shiva. This grand celebration is held in Madurai every year. Madurai is the cultural capital of Tamil Nadu and this festival is one of the biggest events in Madurai. This festival is set to happen on the 1st of May, 2023.
